I purchased several brooches, spent over $300. All of the brooches were beautiful except for the Heart Brooch which was poor craftsmanship. I have sent two separate emails requesting an exchange but have not heard anything back. Why? I have ten days to return, had to email for instructions. Emailed the same day I received the merchandise. When will I hear from the company. The brooch was not cheap.
