I absolutely love this ring and have been waiting for a long time for it. I wore it this past weekend for the first time, and two of the pearls fell out!! I am so bummed that this happened! Is there a way to get this ring replaced or a possible refund? Again, I am really saddened that this happened!

This was shown as in stock and it still has not shipped. Purchased Zoe earrings 7/23 and it is 8/16 today. I’m trying to understand but it’s a bit difficult since I’m 4 hours from McKinney. When you shipped from Canada it was usually a week for delivery.
