Refund policy
At TOVA, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy.
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TOVA purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date provided by the carrier. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Please note that returns initiated after the initial 10-day period will not qualify for a refund. However, if you request a return within 20 days of the delivery confirmation date, you will be eligible for store credit. Returns requested after 20 days will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Items purchased from the WEEKLY SAMPLE SALE & the SALE section or during any advertised sale (such as our Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, End of Summer, Labor Day, Black Friday & Boxing Day Sales) or any other promotion and/or purchased with a promo or discount code are considered FINAL SALE.
This means that these items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Return Process
In order to initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Email returns@tovastore.com within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Authorization number.
- Carefully package the item(s) to be returned in the original box.
- Clearly indicate the Return Authorization number on the shipping label or the outside of the box.
- Email the tracking number to returns@tovastore.com It is very important that we receive the tracking number since our returns go to a third party warehouse and not directly to us.
- PLEASE NOTE: ANY RETURN NOT SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS EMAIL WILL BE VOID. That means the box must be given to the carrier within 5 days of this email date or the return will be void.

Important Notes
Please keep the following in mind when returning your item(s):
- All returns must be approved first. Please contact us via email before shipping your return.
- Merchandise must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item or a damaged item, we will provide a return shipping label and then send you a new replacement item once the incorrect or damaged item is returned.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Store credits will be emailed in the form of a gift card.

Repair Info
If any TOVA jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Repairs are subject to material availability and are not guaranteed. The warranty does not cover shipping charges, damages from improper care, accidents, or natural wear. All defective or damaged items should be returned for examination and evaluation.
