I ordered a bracelet and was sent the wrong one. I was told to send it back and they would send the correct one. I received the new one and it was the same one they sent me the first time. I understand mistakes happen but I was sent the wrong bracelet twice. Carmen from customer service called me and told me to send that one back and she was sending the bracelet herself this time. She also told me that she was making sure that everyone was being more careful to verify what they are sending to the customer. I am giving a five star due to Carmen making this right because I was about to just cancel the order.
