Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $200 USD or more after discounts to continental USA, Puerto Rico & Canada. This applies to items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped from our location in Montreal, Canada. We utilize reliable shipping carriers such as UPS, Canada Post & USPS to ensure your package is trackable and arrives safely and on time.

Shipping Charges

Order Processing Time

Shipping Schedule

TOVA does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian holidays. Our shipping schedule aligns with regular business days to ensure efficient delivery of your package.

Tracking Your Package

If your shipping address is located in the United States, we recommend tracking your package with the provided tracking number on USPS.com or UPS.com for more accurate updates. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your delivery.

Delays and Responsibility

While we strive to provide timely shipping, please note that TOVA is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS, Purolator,  USPS or recent changes in U.S. import regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these external factors, as they are beyond our control.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Kindly note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid shipping address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery of your order. TOVA is not responsible when the customer inputs an incorrect shipping address when placing an order.

USMCA/CUSMA Agreement

Under the new USMCA / CUSMA agreement, TOVA Jewelry orders destined for the USA and Mexico arrive duty-free. This means that there will be no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery for orders shipped to these destinations.

However, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, orders destined for the Unites States may require a federal tax ID number or Social Security Number. This is strictly for US Customs clearance purposes and is to ensure you will not be charged any additional clearance fees. Unfortunately, if you don't provide a valid federal tax ID number or Social Security Number you may be charged clearance fees upon delivery.

International Shipping Destinations

TOVA Jewelry offers international shipping to all countries worldwide. However, please note that the information provided below is specifically for international shipments excluding the USA.

Duties and Taxes

It's important to note that duties, taxes and possible clearance fees are not included in the total at checkout. Unfortunately, TOVA Jewelry is unable to provide estimated duties and taxes as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Duties, taxes and clearance fees are based on the value of the goods imported and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the customs agency and are separate from the shipping fees paid to TOVA Jewelry.

Abandoned Packages

If a package is ignored or refused by the recipient and is deemed "abandoned" by the shipping carrier, any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will be deducted from the customer's refund amount. Please ensure that you are available to receive your package and comply with the customs regulations of your country.
