Items purchased from the WEEKLY SAMPLE SALE section or the SALE section or during any advertised sale or promotion and/or purchased with a promo or discount code are considered FINAL SALE. This means that these items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Please note that ALL sales and their discount codes cannot be applied to the Sample Sale, any pre-order, past order, future order, or combined with any other discount code, promo code, automatic discount, or other sale.

If you have made a purchase on eligible items within 24 hours prior to the launch of a Sales Event, please send an email to info@tovastore.com. We will provide you with a store credit for the value of the discount code per your order.
